Preparation: Mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml water. Let it rest for 1 hour. Whip 180 g of softened butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mix and mix until the mixture has been completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed.
