All orders placed before 13:00 will be dispatched on the same or the next working day. In case of a stock issue, you will be contacted to find a solution. Deliveries are made by Swiss Post if your delivery address is in Switzerland and by us if your delivery address is in Geneva canton. Special requests (leave the package at the neighbor's, in the garage, etc.) must be communicated to your postman or post office. Note, in this instance cakesupply.ch cannot be held liable for a safety of goods after delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically and will be displayed in your basket before payment. We take great care when packaging your order and sending it to you. In the event that your package has been damaged in transit, please notify your local post office as soon as possible and ask them to assess the package for you. Cakesupply.ch will not be held responsible once the package has left our premises. Swiss Post delivery times are given as an indication and we are not responsible for any postal delay. You will receive a shipment tracking number.
If the post office returns a package for one of the following reasons: the addressee does not live at the address shown or the package has not been collected, the customer will receive a credit for the value of the goods minus the postage of the delivery and return.
