Food safe plastic decorative stencil , perfect for creating splendid tridimensional designs using royal icing , butter, cream , powdered sugar, cocoa, collared powder, sprays or airbrush patterns.
1. Use with Royal Icing. Place the stencil over a cake coated in sugar paste. Make medium consistency royal icing and spread it evenly all over the stencil, using a spatula. Lift the stencil gently by holding one of the ends.
2. Use with Icing Sugar. Place the stencil over the cake. Dust the whole surface with a generous amount of icing sugar. Remove the stencil by lifting both ends at the same time.
3. Use with Glittered Sugar. Cover the cake with a thin layer of apricot gelatine or jam. Place the stencil over the cake and allow it to stick perfectly to the surface. Dust glittered sugar over the entire stencil and remove excess sugar with a brush. Lift the stencil gently from both sides. You can also have fun decorating cookies, cupcakes ans sweets.
Storage tips: hand wash before first use in warm water and leave to dry. Keep far away from sources of heat and store on a flat surface.
