It pairs perfectly with other colours . Perfect for covering cakes and creating intricate designs, this fondant can also be used for modelling and colouring with food colouring. For best results, allow the fondant to rest for an hour after colouring before further processing. With a soft, pliable texture and smooth finish, this FunCakes sugar paste is ideal for covering cakes and creating clean and sharp cut-outs. For a 20 cm round cake, approximately 500 g of fondant will be needed. Its fine structure and satin finish make it a versatile and essential tool for any cake decorator.

- Storage: keep in a dry, dark place, 15°C – 20°C.
- Preparation: The following process is recommended for the best result: Let the sugar paste come to ambient temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a quarter to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the sugar paste is ready for use.
