Dip, Drip, Drizzle and Decorate with the FunCakes Deco Melts. The Deco Melts offer you many decoration options! Melt and pour the Deco Melts into any desired shape. You can create drip cakes and cupcake decorations, you can also use it for making lollipops and sweets. When you are having so much fun decorating and the melts harden a bit, no worries, just simply remelt them again! Create your own colour by adding a few drops of colouring to the white Deco Melts or use an oil-based colouring.The Deco Melts aren't made from real chocolate, but they have sweet creamy flavour.
Due to temperature differences, the Deco Melts may melt or get a whitish coating (fat bloom) in transit and storage. FunCakes assures that this has no effect on the use or the result of the product. After the melting process, the white coating will disappear and it will work and taste as expected.
Preparation: Melt in the microwave or au-bain marie. For microwave: Melt at max. 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melts still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are smooth and completely melted and process as desired. Harden in the refrigerator (10-15 min).
